HeliTape is a soft, white, pliable, nonfriable sponge indicated for application to moist or bleeding clean oral wounds created during oral surgery, to control bleeding and protect the surface from further injury. Topical administration of HeliTape directly over the wound effectively controls bleeding usually in two to five minutes.Sterile fully absorable collagen membrane. Controls bleeding through hemostasis of the collagen fiber. Dressing should completely cover the oral wound. Aids in repairing Schneiderian membrane.
