Scott's Select Precision Post Technique system is compatible with the Para-Post system by Coltene Whaledent. All precision posts are parallel-sided. They are fluted in the Para-Post style for maximum retention and are vented to reduce pressure and stress during placement. Steel-vented posts are made of implant grade, surgical stainless steel. Titanium-vented posts are made from high-strength corrosion-resistant titanium alloy. All packages and kits have color coded conversion charts to match precision post sizing to Coltene Whaledent Para-Post.
